最近流行の動物ぽんぽんを作ってみました～
I made an animal pompon which is popular now.
ポンポンメーカーに毛糸を巻いてうさぎを作りました。
I made a rabbit by winding wollen yarn around the pompon maker.
なかなか楽しい!! もっといろんな動物を作ってみたいですね～
It is very fun to make it. I would like to make more animals.

迷子イヌ the lost dog [犬 dogs]
今朝、外出したときに迷子犬を保護しました。
I found a lost dog when I went out in this morning.
この黒柴ワンコ、鎖をひきずりながらトコトコと道を歩いていました。
This black Shiba was walking on a road with his chain.
わりと人慣れしているようで、呼ぶと寄ってきたのですぐ保護できました。
It seemed that the dog was tamed. He came up to me when I called him.
首輪には鑑札や迷子札は付いていなく、飼い主さんが分かりませんでした。
I could not find any licence or name tag around his collar. So, I could not find his owner.
すぐに近所の交番に連れて行き、飼い主さんを探してもうらことにしました。
保健所に連れていかれるのはかわいそうなので、飼い主さんが見つかるまで、
私の家で一時預かることにしました。
I took her to the police station at once in order to look for his owner.
I felt so sorry for the dog because the police was going to take him to the animal control.
So, I decided to keep the lost dog temporarily until they found his owner.
交番にいる間中、ワンコは静かでした。でも、時間がたつにつれ慣れて来たのか、私の手をなめてきました。
While we were at the staion, the dog was quiet. But, he was getting relaxed and started to lick my hand.
家に連れ帰った後、お腹が空いていた様子だったので餌と水を与えると、喜んで食べはじめました。
After I took him to my house, I fed him. He was so glad to eat the food and drink water.
『お座り』や『待て』などができて、おりこうなワンコでしたが、私の姿が見えなくなると急に鳴き始めました。
He could sit down and wait before he ate the food when I told him these orders.
However, he started to bark a lot as soon as I was gone.
あまりに鳴くので困っていた矢先、警察から飼い主さんが見つかったと連絡がきました。
When I was at a loss because he was barking a lot, the police called me and told me that
they found his owner.
飼い主さんが保健所に連絡していたらしく、保健所から警察に連絡が入ったとのことでした。
The owner asked the animal control to look for his dog. And the animal control told the police about the dog.
そして、先ほど、ワンコを交番に連れていき、めでたく飼い主さんとご対面できました＾０＾
Then, I just took him to the police station. And, the dog finally could meet his owner.
このワンコ、今朝、いなくなったそうで、それも交番からわりと近くに住んでいるワンコだったのです。
According to the owner, the dog was lost in this morning. And, the owner's house was near the police station.
とにもかくにも、飼い主さんがすぐに見つかって本当に良かったです!!
Anyway, I was so glad that we could find the dog's owner at once.
皆さん、飼猫や飼犬には迷子になった時のことを考えて、必ず迷子札を着けておきましょうね♪

桜とメイ cherry blossoms and May [三毛猫メイ Tortoiseshell May]
ようやく春の陽気になり、桜の時期ですね～
Finally, spring has come and it is the time of season for cherry blossoms.
メイは室内飼いの猫なので、外で一緒にお花見ができないのでが残念。
May is an indoor cat. So, I can not see cherry blossoms with her at the outside.
それで、100円ショップで造花の桜を購入しました＾▽＾
So, I bought a fake cherry blossom at the 100 yen store.
早速、メイに桜を見せると…
As soon as I showed her the fake sakura....
メイ： 「くんくん、何だこれ？」
May: "Well, what's this?"
メイ： 「何だかよく分からないけど、眠たいからじゃましないでくれる？」
May: "I don't know about it but I want to sleep. So, please don't disturb me!"
メイが寝ている間に、手作りの桜ニット帽をかぶせちゃいました＾０＾
While May is asleep, I let her put on my handmade knitted hat with Sakura color.
気づかないで、熟睡しちゃってま～す＾ｍ＾
She does not notice it at all. And, she is still sleeping.
あっ、目が覚めたかな？
Woops, did she wake up?

ちょっと大きかったけど、耳もかぶせるのにはちょうど良いかな？
It might be a bit bigger. But, it is good enough to cover her ears too.

ひな祭り Doll's Festival for girls [三毛猫メイ Tortoiseshell May]
３月３日はひな祭りですね～♪
It is the Doll's Festival for girls on March 3.
こちらは我が家の娘のお雛様です。
This is the Dolls for my sweet girl, May.

お雛様のお祝いにメイに付け襟とケープを作ってみました～♪
I did knit a collar and cape for May in order to celbrate the Doll's Fesitval.

付け襟は嫌がらず付けてくれたメイちゃんでした＾＾；
May did not hate the collar.
ケープ～cape～
ケープの長い紐は嫌がられました～（ＴＴ）
May did not like the long tie for the cape.
ケープはちょっと小さかったな～＾＾；
The cape was a bit small for her.
編み物はまだまだ修行が足りません＞＜
I need to keep working more.
